Food Pantry eligibility:
- Must present ID
- Must live in Fannin County, Georgia or Polk County, Tennessee
- Must give ages and birthdates of everyone living in household
- Must sign form
- Homes with children can receive food every 21 days
- Homes without children can receive food every 30 days
