Overview

Fannin County Family Connection’s Resource Center offers direct assistance to individuals in need of financial guidance, career support, transportation, and more.

To apply for services, individuals must live in Fannin County, GA or East Polk County, TN.

How It Works

Community members can request a meeting with our Resource Coordinator during a visit to the Food Pantry, or by completing the appointment form below to schedule one-on-one support.

Financial & Resource Assistance

Our Resource Coordinator meets with clients one-on-one to better understand their situation and connect them with available resources.

This support helps individuals navigate challenges and access services that can provide meaningful, practical assistance.

Job Readiness & Career Support

Clients receive personalized guidance to help them confidently enter or re-enter the workforce.

Support includes:

  • Interview preparation
  • Resume assistance
  • Tips and best practices for job success

Clients may also access the clothing closet to find appropriate attire for interviews.

Transportation Support

Transportation assistance is available for clients who need help getting to appointments, job interviews, or the Food Pantry.

With the help of our Resource Coordinator and volunteers, transportation barriers can be addressed so individuals can access the support they need.
