Working Together for Families

Overview

Fannin County Family Connection brings together community partners, organizations, and individuals to work collaboratively in identifying needs and creating solutions that support children and families throughout our community.

How It Works

The collaborative is made up of local leaders, service providers, and community members who meet regularly to share information, identify challenges, and coordinate efforts. By working together, we are able to strengthen existing programs and develop new solutions that address the needs of families in Fannin County.

What We Do

Through the collaborative, we:

  • Support programs that benefit children and families

Who Can Participate

The collaborative is open to community members, organizations, and partners who are interested in making a difference. Meetings provide an opportunity to stay informed, share ideas, and be part of meaningful community efforts.
